With 11 years in the business, Chef MARTIN "Marty" GERRITY first gained experience while working the line, and eventually graduated at the top of his class at the Culinary Institute of America! Marty pulls his inspiration in the kitchen from the unknowns, the classics, almost everything around him. "The thrill of prepping for dinner services, the excitement in tasting new dishes, & the satisfaction of fabricating cuts of meat & cooking with finesse, is what inspires me every day."
